Several bugs in version 5.7.0

This is not relevant here, as using versions earlier than 5.6.0 does not have these problems

Describe the Bug

I was having trouble syncing bookmarks from a WebDAV server on Android 5.6.0, so I upgraded Floccus to Android 5.7.0. Here are the bugs I discovered:

1. While syncing worked, the page display (including the "About," "Options," and "Tags" subdirectories) didn't adjust to the screen size, appearing only on the left side and taking up only half the screen.
2. After entering "About," there was no “back” button.
3. Pull-down actions didn't work regardless of the subdirectory selected.

Expected Behavior

Each interface can be adapted to the mobile phone screen for display

To Reproduce

Incomplete display occurs when opening About, Options, and secondary directories, and the drop-down menu cannot appear when there are multiple folders in the secondary and lower directories.

causes problems. You have made the right choice to come here and open an issue to make sure your problem gets looked at
and if possible solved. Let me give you a short introduction on what to expect from this issue tracker to avoid misunderstandings.
I'm Marcel. I created floccus a few years ago, and have been maintaining it since. I currently work for Nextcloud
which leaves me with less time for side projects like this one than I used to have.
I still try to answer all issues and if possible fix all bugs here, but it sometimes takes a while until I get to it.
Until then, please be patient. It helps when you stick around to answer follow up questions I may have,
as very few bugs can be fixed directly from the first bug report, without any interaction. If information is missing in your bug report
and the issue cannot be solved without it, I will have to close the issue after a while.
Note also that GitHub in general is a place where people meet to make software better together. Nobody here is under any obligation
to help you, solve your problems or deliver on any expectations or demands you may have, but if enough people come together we can
collaborate to make this software better. For everyone.
Thus, if you can, you could also have a look at other issues to see whether you can help other people with your knowledge
and experience. If you have coding experience it would also be awesome if you could step up to dive into the code and
try to fix the odd bug yourself. Everyone will be thankful for extra helping hands!

Additional note: The version of Android System WebView is 83.0.4103.101 (the phone does not support higher versions)

You mind sharing what Android version you are on?
Chromium (your WebView) Android support went up to v106 on Marshmallow and v119 on Nougat. Version 95 on Lollipop.

I have already informed in the initial question that the Android system is MIUI 12 (based on Android 10). Additionally, I have attempted to upgrade to multiple versions of webview from different periods but have not succeeded, indicating that they might not be compatible.

Wow, so sorry. Read the issue a few times and somehow completely missed that part. ಠ_ಠ

I've read in a couple of places about going into Developer Options (tap MIUI version about seven times - in "your settings" or About section) and look for "MIUI optimizations". Turn that off and reboot.
Supposedly that fixes the updates situation. Or manually update Chrome.

Following your instructions, I turned off MIUI Optimization and rebooted, then tried installing WebView 139 and 132, both unsuccessful. However, it worked when I installed version 120. After re-enabling MIUI Optimization (because disabling it can cause layout issues with text and icons) and rebooting, I opened Floccus and saw the message "This app requires a WebView to work." Does this mean that even though version 120 installed successfully, it's not working properly?

I tried to install the WebView136 version, and it is working fine now. I haven't found the above bug yet. Thank you for your ideas and methods.
