Hello and thanks for the great contribution !
One can see clearly in the information given that the solution is designed for ReSpeaker 2-Mic HAT v1 with a clear picture to recognize the ReSpeaker 2-Mic HAT v2.
What about ReSpeaker 2-Mic HAT v2 ? Is it still possible to use it ? with some additional config ? Or is it not possible at all ?

Hey, if you simply follow the steps here:

git clone https://github.com/Seeed-Studio/seeed-linux-dtoverlays.git  
cd seeed-linux-dtoverlays/  
make overlays/rpi/respeaker-2mic-v2_0-overlay.dtbo  
sudo cp overlays/rpi/respeaker-2mic-v2_0-overlay.dtbo /boot/firmware/overlays/respeaker-2mic-v2_0.dtbo  
echo "dtoverlay=respeaker-2mic-v2_0" | sudo tee -a /boot/firmware/config.txt

And then configure and save the volumes in asla, then it will work just fine for you. They dont seem to conflict.
