account creation on testnet with cloud kms is somehow failing with "error": "cloudkms: failed to sign: rpc error: code = InvalidArgument desc = Request field data must have length of at least 0, but not more than 65536. Provided value had length 67170." and upgrading the flow-go-sdk somehow fixes it
