Expose Creation Facilities

Maybe we can even add something that automatically defines all relevant operators for a domain?
Sth like \CreateDomainElements{IntervalState}[superscript=\#, subscript=i, domainSymbol=D, domainElement=R] that takes arguments like superscript, subscript, domainSymbol and domainElement and produces all required elements:

\IntervalStateDomainElement := R^\#

\intervalStatePartOf := \partof\isIntervalState
(same for meet, join, top, bottom)

(same for expressions and conditions)

But maybe thats already too specific.

Also, this list should contain every operation required to define a domain.
