Toggle influence highlight at current position doesn't work for refreshes

If you then type, it won't highlight usages for forward slicing :(

Hmm, can't reproduce this with the example.R example :( Everything works fine when adding or removing variable uses during forward slicing there

Maybe related to setting normal slices beforehand and then switching to continuous mode?
