lib-dynamodb and @effect-aws/lambda bump to Effect v4

Hi Floyd.

Any chance you can release the @effect-aws/lib-dynamodb and @effect-aws/lambda compatible with Effect v4 soon?

i was just migrating my big massive repo to v4, and noticed that those are the only ones i use, but they were not upgraded yet.

they are upgraded
you should use @effect-aws/dynamodb@2.0.0-beta.4 and @effect-aws/lambda@2.0.0-beta.4
ps: the @effect-aws/lib-dynamodb is deprecated in favour of @effect-aws/dynamodb to stick the pattern having a separate pacckage per aws service including different modules, so now @effect-aws/dynamodb  includes lib modules, + others
