In Go, it is unidiomatic to write verbose, Java-style docstrings (with explicit Parameters: and Returns: sections) for standard test functions. The signature of a test function func TestXxx(t *testing.T) is already well-understood by Go developers.
We should simplify the comment to be concise and follow standard Go documentation practices.
