Missing Libraries

1. The README.md file states that the shortcut library is included in Tizen 6.0, 6.5, 9.0, and 10.0.
   In fact, the library is included in Tizen 6.0, 6.5, 8.0, 9.0, and 10.0.
   Also, the binding code for the library was included only in Tizen 6.0 and 6.5 versions, and not in Tizen 8.0, 9.0, and 10.0 versions.
   Please refer to Add binding code related to libshortcut.so #68

2. And please also check the OpenAL library.
   In fact, the library have to be included in Tizen 6.0 ~ 10.0.
