I'm guessing this is related to changing the compilation mode: #8814

The JS benchmark is failing too and the JS compilation mode wasn't changed, so possibly just a flake.

FYI, the logs are no longer visible for the GitHub actions :( It's probably worth copying the relevant failure details into the issue in the future.
