Network badge is not cleared when disconnecting from app

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect to an app that makes network requests
2. Navigate to network screen
3. See request number count going up in badge
4. Disconnect from app

Expect: count badge disapears
Actual: count badge is still there

Note: I also sometimes see the badge disappearing when I am connected to an app, navigate to another screen and then navigate back to the network screen.

The badge will only exist when there are network requests with errors.

Ah with errors. Just, non-200 responses? I have to bump my play app to send those.
