I have this repro https://github.com/FMorschel/devtools_repro project. I was working fine with Drift (and its extension) previously, but I came back to a project with it recently, and I stumbled upon this behaviour:
For the browser repro, you need to repeatedly select the Drift extension for this to happen. It will load a whole new DevTools page internally.
I'm unsure what else I can provide here so we can identify what is going on. I asked the extension author to try reproducing the problem and got no luck there either.
