Network tab doesn't show any logs.

Since updating from the last month, the network tab doesn't register any requests being sent, even though it all works inside the app.
The only time it would work would be for the first time when the app is built, after that, on app restart, there would be zero logged network activity.

This looks like a duplicate of #9203, which has been fixed and will be coming to the stable channel soon. CC @srawlins.
