As of Flutter 3.41.x and 3.44, Rosetta is no longer required to run Flutter apps

What information needs to be added?

As of 3.44 and also when flutter/flutter@6a4dc79 is released for 3.41.x , Rosetta is no longer required to build and run iOS apps on Apple Silicon Macs.

We should probably keep the instruction for a release or two, but add a note that it's no longer needed as of 3.41.x.

Where should this new content appear?

As of Flutter 3.41.9,

@jmagman It appears flutter/flutter@6a4dc79 was not included in 3.41.9.

Maybe it's 3.41.10.
