This PR enhances the test coverage for the
index.Digesterby adding the following test scenarios:WithIndexcorrectly handles anilinput.WithIndexoptions are processed, with the last one applied.Digester.Addcan handle empty keys and values.Digester.Deletegracefully handles the deletion of non-existent keys.Digester.Indexreturns an empty copy for an empty internal index.Lenmethod returns 0 for a new, emptyDigester.Stringmethod returns an empty string for an emptyDigester.
