Server segfaulted, I restarted it; docs are available again.

I should check what caused the segfault (and also configure the systemd service to restart automatically). Please keep this open until the underlying issue has been found.

I restarted it and also configured systemd to auto-restart on failure. This should avoid any more outages.

There are a couple of things that could be done:

• do some logging on the server. currently I can't really say whether the segfault happens while processing YAML (which implies a NimYAML bug) or during normal server operation.
• deliver all HTML statically and use the server only for the playground. any outage would then only disable the playground, not the whole site.
• have another look at Support JS backend #24 which I abandoned for reasons I can't recall. if I could compile the playground to JS, the whole site could be served statically.
