Remove unused dependencies

There are some left behind unused dependencies in package.json that should be removed.

Acceptance criteria:

• Remove unused dependencies from package.json
• Run npm install to update package-lock.json
• Verify the application still builds and runs correctly
• Check that no functionality is broken
