6.3.10 stops working on win7

Steps to reproduce

1. download 6.3.10 telegram.zip
2. extract telegram.exe
3. run telegram.exe

Expected behaviour

telegram should run properly.

Actual behaviour

A message box "The procedure entry point CreateFile2 could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll" pops up.

GetSystemTimePreciseAsFileTime API is also missing in win7.

nope, CreateFile2 and GetSystemTimePreciseAsFileTime are missing in win7 so it won't work here.

I'm the Windows 7 user and confirm the issue is still present. I understand that there are very few Windows 7 users, but they still exist (especially in some countries). Windows 7 and 10+ have not really much core or API differences for most of programs. And if there is no global refactoring in the program or functional benefits of the new OSes, then I see no reason to drop the support old ones.

I think new version are compiled with newer MSVC, and IIRC MSVC 14.50 removed shims for pre-win10 in std::filesystem for CreateFile2.

Nothing is changed for me and I still see CreateFile2 error on program start after update. Also it doesn't work by simply changing CreateFile2 to CreateFileW - it throws GetSystemTimePreciseAsFileTime error. Nothing was changed since first bugreports here.
