I am building a bartop with configurable joysticks by Ultimarc. These are USB sticks that can be setup with custom configs via software (i.e. for analog mode, 8-way, 4-way mappings, etc.) and I think RGBPi-Extra is my ticket. I would need to install one of Katie Snow’s utilities such as https://github.com/katie-snow/QtPyUltimarc which can be used to send commands to load the joystick maps as desired. I am thinking, once the utility is setup, I can construct scripts for each map to be run when I want to change the joystick config—probably by just dropping them into Ports. Do you think this is a workable approach?
