Bump Solar to e284edd80eb43988989313e9b9a286fedc3e7c9e and update Foundry call sites for CompileOpts. Preserve recovered Solar expression errors as raw source spans in forge-fmt, and pin foundry-compilers to a compatibility rev with the same Solar API rename.

This updates Foundry for Solar's
CompileOptsrename and preserves recovered parser error expressions as raw spans inforge-fmt. It also temporarily pinsfoundry-compilerstofoundry-rs/foundry-core@ff9ff83db48c81915ba99753d4a4bd0333bcfdbb, which carries the same two-line Solar API compatibility rename on top of the existing compiler override.Relevant Solar commits for Foundry:
