I would like to add a command line flag that calculates the hashes of the output container and store the hash in the report/log file. This could be very nice when using the auto-upload function to validate that you received a "correct" collection. Could also be nice when you have to copy collections between systems and external disks.
I'm open to suggestions on what hash algorithms to use. Should probably do 2 different algorithms to minimize collision stuff.
