As new variables get introduced (for example: fox-it/dissect.evidence#59) finetuning dissect gets more and more complicated.
Currently good documentation on all the different DISSECT_* variables that can be tuned is missing. If we keep introducing more in the future it would be nice to have a central page on the docs that notes what does what.
