This release improves the issue-fix mode with several fixes:

Use a local claude-output directory instead of /tmp for artifacts
Improve error handling for file extraction
Fix issues with handling empty file lists
Add better debugging output
Fix compatibility with updated action dependencies
Use artifact upload v4 instead of v3
