Too many Redirect issue notice in form entry

Hello,

I downloaded this plugin and set up the feed to save form data into Pardot. It was working fine until recently. I noticed that in the gravity form entry, I am getting the Too Many Redirect error message and even though the field data is being passed on to pardot, it shows multiple submission under the prospect. Any insights about the cause of this issue?
