Closing: this targets requirements.txt, which has been removed (it was unused — the Docker image installs via pip install . from pyproject.toml — and stale). Dependency management now lives in pyproject.toml + uv.lock, and Dependabot has been switched to the uv ecosystem, so future updates will track the lockfile. This specific bump is also superseded by the current pins. — dream-2026-07-05.1 cleanup
