docs: responsive site + full content update

Responsive fixes:
- Hero terminal shows below text on mobile (was hidden)
- Tab nav wraps on small screens (flex-wrap)
- All tables wrapped in .table-scroll (overflow-x: auto)
- flags-table font/padding scales on mobile

New sections: DNS, Firewalls, Firewall Presets, Reserved IPs,
Snapshots, VPC, Campaign (full lifecycle), Audit

Sidebar + mobile menu updated with all new sections (Red Team group)
Library section updated with all new importable packages
(vpc, dns, firewall, reservedip, snapshot)
