Information about bug

When a half-day leave is created, the system correctly marks half the day as leave and the remaining half as present. However, after enabling auto shift sync based on Employee Check-ins, the system marks the remaining half as Absent due to missing check-ins.

In this case, the user was working from home and wanted to create an Attendance Request for the other half-day, but the system is restricting the creation of the Attendance Request record.
