Include repositories in which datapackage.json is not in the root

Overview

The current query extracts only repositories that have the datapackage.json file in the repository's root directory. If a repository includes multiple data packages, e.g. each in a different subdirectory, it does not come up in the search results.

Example:

Has 43 stars at the moment, but does not appear in the livemark listing.
