Add snowflake favicon and fix null card attack effects rule

- Add favicon.svg (gold snowflake matching the header icon)
- Wire favicon into index.html &lt;head&gt;
- Correct null card (×0) text: only damage is nullified, attack effects still apply (p. 26)
