Add snowflake favicon and fix null card attack effects rule
- Add favicon.svg (gold snowflake matching the header icon) - Wire favicon into index.html <head> - Correct null card (×0) text: only damage is nullified, attack effects still apply (p. 26) Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
