Live-daemon counterpart to the in-process G3a harness: real litecoind + dogecoind(-regtest) merged-aux, real c2pool cutover build, real scrypt miner, real coinbase through submitblock, staged v35->v36 activation crossing, and the auxpow parent-LOST -> aux-DROPPED invariant against live c2pool state. Ready to run the instant the regtest testbed VM is stood up; regtest-only, never force-activates prod (natural-vote hard gate). Per-coin LTC(+DOGE aux) isolated.

Script-only, additive (scripts/ltc_g3b_live_regtest_blockprod_driver.sh, 121 LOC). Regtest-only; never force-activates prod (natural-vote hard gate preserved). Per-coin LTC(+DOGE aux) isolated.
Runs the instant the regtest testbed VM is provisioned with the LTC+DOGE regtest stack + c2pool cutover build. Completes the G3 pair for the LTC lane alongside sibling-coin g3b branches.
