Purpose: live dry-run of the SAFE-COSMETIC auto-merge workflow (PR #73, merged f62f550) — this PR will be HMAC-signed and labeled by the integrator once CI is green. If the workflow functions, it auto-merges; if any guard fails, the label is stripped and this PR falls back to the normal merge path.
