- Convert all resource entries to Markdown link format [Name](URL). - Standardize heading levels (main categories use ###, subcategories ####). - Update redirected and broken links for EdX, Microsoft, Google, and others. - Replace broken Microsoft Principles of Machine Learning course with Columbia University ML course. - Clean up Udacity and Kaggle links for consistency.
