• A new FSharp.Data.Toml.Core library with a hand-written recursive-descent TOML parser
• TomlValue DU covering all TOML types including first-class date/time values
• TomlDocument that converts TOML → JSON under the hood to reuse the existing JSON type inference and runtime infrastructure
• TOML dates are correctly inferred as DateTimeOffset/DateTime/DateOnly/TimeOnly
• [[array-of-tables]] syntax supported, arrays inferred with optional fields

All 488 existing tests pass.
