TickerQ as alternative to Hangfire?

I see a lot of repos that use TickerQ as background job processor. Anyone interested in alternative, as well as Sendgrid iso Smtp services.
I can have a stab at Sendgrid as alternative to Smtp, TickerQ i put it out to the community.

tinkerQ has dual license, one of them it MIT. should be a good option. might also consider Quartz.net which has Aapche 2 license https://github.com/quartznet/quartznet

would also suggest to swap out MinIO for RustFS or SeeweedFS.
