fix: Add logging to session creation exception (#1179)

Summary

Fixes #1179

The GenerateTokenCommandHandler was swallowing exceptions silently during session creation. While the behavior is intentional (session creation failure shouldn't block login), exceptions should be logged for debugging.

Changes

• Added ILogger<GenerateTokenCommandHandler> dependency
• Added warning log when session creation fails
