Bump @tootallnate/once and hexo-renderer-marked

Removes [@tootallnate/once](https://github.com/TooTallNate/once). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [hexo-renderer-marked](https://github.com/hexojs/hexo-renderer-marked). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `hexo-renderer-marked` from 6.1.1 to 7.0.1
