IVPM is a project-local, polyglot package manager. It fetches dependencies from diverse sources -- git repos, PyPI, npm, HTTP archives, GitHub releases, local directories, FuseSoC cores, and Environment Modules -- and assembles unified project views through an extensible handler pipeline.
