ASCII-only (Trinity S^3 AI); SHA-256 of payload: 55cfb9216592cab591c979ee09f85aeb41281b2ff7d3bd59ea7e251f6756d251. Companion repos: claim-audit-lab#6, trios-mcp-rag#9. docs/NOW.md updated per NOW Sync Gate requirement. L6 untouched (gf16 SSOT and conformance JSON unchanged).
