What

Final demo: live video between two iPhones through mesh radio.

Setup

1. Phone A (camera) → WiFi → P203 🎯 EPIC · feat(drone-mesh): TRI-NET drone-mesh bring-up (Phase 0–2) #1 → 5.8GHz radio → P203 fix(skill): correct fpga-synth SKILL.md hardcoded path + wrong board target #2 → WiFi → Phone B (display)
2. Bidirectional: both phones send AND receive simultaneously

Checklist

• Both P203 running trios_meshd_video
• Both iPhones running TriNetVideo app
• Phone A: START STREAM → camera → H.264 → UDP → P203#1
• P203#1 → fragment → mesh → P203#2 → reassemble → UDP → Phone B
• Phone B: display received H.264
• Reverse direction simultaneously
• Record demo video
• Measure latency (target: <200ms)
