feat(queenui): add Tri CLI + MCP tools panels to chat sidebar

- Added TriToolsChatPanel with 70+ tri CLI commands (8 categories)
- Added MCPToolsPanel with 47+ MCP tools (6 categories)
- Both panels integrated into ChatScreen sidebar
- Compact expandable design with quick actions and category filters
- Tool execution with output display panels

To run: use Xcode to build and launch as app bundle (required for
UNUserNotificationCenter permissions)
