docs: add SU(3) full explanation - Special Unitary Group
SU = Special Unitary: - S = Special (determinant = 1) - U = Unitary (preserves vector length) - (3) = 3×3 matrices Explains how SU(3) describes 3 quark colors (red, green, blue) inside protons and neutrons, and how ternary {-1, 0, +1} mirrors this natural 3-state pattern.
