docs(research): cleanup wave9 checkpoint files

- Remove hslm_step_40000.bin files (2 workers)
- Fix Russian docs: removed GLOSSARY_RU_2026.md, ZENODO_NIGHT_REPORT_RU.md
- Update ZENODO_QUICK_LINKS.md with stable URLs
