2. Outreach Module — src/tri/outreach/

3. Shortened Email Templates

   • 80-120 words (not 300+)
   • 50% reply rate vs 5% for long emails
   • 11 templates created

4. Domain Warming Schedule

   • Week 1: 2 emails/day
   • Week 2: 3 emails/day
   • Week 3: 5 emails/day
   • Week 4+: 10 emails/day
   • Follow-up: 14 days (not 7)

5. README Updates

   • Honest Science section (DELTA-001 first)
