Default install.sh on linux to the systemd/openrc service mode and require an explicit --experimental-linux-tray flag to install in tray mode. The runtime backrest --tray flag is unchanged. Auto-detect from previous install mode is preserved; the D-Bus desktop detection branch is commented out for now.
