Add drive versions tool

Being able to hit the drive versions api will allow agent to evaluate recent changes to docs, slides, etc. and work more efficiently with restore and monitoring changes itself

I could potentially contribute this @allenhutchison if there isn't a scope issue with the public project to add it, otherwise I won't bother until the scopes concerns PR gets merged

edit: nvm see that got merged in last week, will take a crack at this then when i have a chance
