LocalStack 3.0.0 does not support the x-amz-checksum headers that AWSSDK.S3 v3.7.508+ sends by default, causing PutObject to fail with 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'to_bytes'. Also updates the health check endpoint to /_localstack/health for compatibility. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
