Game crash when i turn ON one specific TP

My game crash when i apply one TP and appear the error code. Can someone help me why this happend

On a side note, does the texture pack you are trying to load have icons?

Yes, but the icons were superimposed on another icon from the game, so it seemed very strange to me that the textures on the icons I had placed did not match.
should i disable the mod for now?

I disabled the mod and when I put back the texture that crashed the game, it loaded without problems, I think the problem is if I put together 2 textures that have custom icons it crashes. Maybe it's an error from trying to load 2 textures with the same file name

That's definitely not the problem. It's a memory issue. I just don't know why.

What model of graphics card do you have? I can't figure out the issue myself, since I have a NVIDIA graphics card and not an AMD one.
