Merge latest notebook changes

• Add extended explanation of project, dataset and notebook
• Better early stopping logic and larger max epochs because of it
• param. and training time info in json

Marco:

• sanity check that generates data and smoke tests model
• test if nothing was changed in notebook cells through hash
