Description

At the moment the catalog of 3D Tiles is allowing to display just one record. We should investigate if there are existing protocol that could be used to collect multiple tilesets in the same endpoints

Fwiw, i'm highly interested in this topic, because i agree that what we have right know is awkward, and to my knowledge there's not the equivalent to an 'endpoint listing multiple datasets' like OGC's getcapabilities.
To solve this very issue, i had started doing something in #10927 that unfortunately stalled, and my idea would be to leverage links in csw results for that (eg revamp what we can load/choose from a csw record), which would benefit at least 3DTiles & COG support, eventually direct links to geojson in metadatas?

We've discussed it a bit with @catmorales, and in the future that's probably something we'll fund if i don't finish coding it someday.
