Description
When selecting text inside an input or text field within the Dialog, releasing the mouse outside the dialog (on the modal mask) causes the dialog to close unexpectedly. This causes a loss of context and any unsaved edits.
How to reproduce
- In any map -> Open layer setting -> Create new layer style
- Use mouse drag to select the text in the Dialog and release it outside the dialog
- The dialog closes automatically
Expected Result
The dialog should remain open. Moving the mouse cursor outside the input field or dialog while actively selecting text should not trigger a modal/dialog close event. The dialog should only close when clicking an explicit "Close/Cancel" button or intentionally clicking the background overlay
Current Result
The dialog unexpectedly closes the moment the cursor leaves the box/dialog area
