I'm pulling and merging the wall papers stuff in the LTS build not in common, but this makes sense too. idk which is better. seems weird to have it separate. but also we could get into cascading failures if we aren't merge and consuming and the same place. Common isn't where the problems will show up,but only downstream. So if someone messes up the file structure in artwork it will be 2 builds later before we see it. Artwork -> Common -> Aurora. but also it is way neater to have aurora-in-a-box with common

OTOH we can ensure common is good. and we can fix each other's problems without have to copy PRs around. so loading up commons as much as possible seems best
